Designed specifically for permanent lip treatments, this ultra-fine particle size pigment may be used in conjunction with a complimentary tone to create soft shaded two-tone ombre lip effects by adding dilutent. Suitable for both machine and manual application methods.

TIP: Dilute the pigment with dispersion (between 50% to 300% as required) to soften for ultra natural looking shaded effects.
