BLENDED BLACK is a carbon and iron oxide blend – therefore Blended Black is safer than the straight carbon-based blacks. This color is the news black in the Permablend stable and is suitable for eyeliner procedures on all skin tones.

Designed specifically for permanent makeup eyeliners.

Suitable for both machine and manual eyeliner application methods.

TIP: For a softer eyeliner, dilute the pigment with dispersion (between 100% to 300%) for shaded effects.

NOT suitable for microblading eyebrows.
