VIVID BLUE is a beautiful bright blue colour pigment with cool undertones. This color is suitable for eyeliner procedures. Especially pretty when diluted and carefully applied to resemble a soft shadow effect.

Designed specifically for permanent makeup.

Suitable for both machine and manual application methods.

TIP: For a softer eyeliner or to create gorgeous eye shadow effects, dilute the pigment with dispersion (between 100% to 300%) as required.
