Step 1. Once the link opens and you land on our home page, you can browse through our online store by selecting shop or selecting a specific category available.
Step 2. Select your product(s)
Step 3. Scroll down and select ‘Add to Cart’
Indicate the quantity of each product you require.
Step 4. Once you have all the items you require, at the top right hand corner, select ‘Shopping bag’ and Check-out.
Step5. Complete billing and delivery details (Company name is optional).
Step 6. Indicate whether you would like your order to be shipped or if you would like to collect.
Step 7. Click on ‘Place order’
Step 8. Check your email for your order invoice and our banking details.
Step 9. Please send proof of payment to info@permanentmakeup.co.za
As soon as we have received your payment in our bank account we will dispatch your order.
For urgent orders – please select ‘immediate payment’ option.
(Please note that we can only dispatch your order once payment is received)
Deliveries by courier within 24-48 hours to main city centers in Gauteng and 48 – 72 hours to outlying areas.

Once your order is placed, we will email you your waybill information through to you along with this link to track it https://thecourierguy.co.za/
SAME DAY to 48 hour delivery (depending on your area) to your doorstep once payment is received on our side.
Please note that your payment must be received before dispatching your order. For urgent orders – please select ‘immediate payment’ option!

If you wish to collect your order/ send your own driver, simply select local pickup and we will contact you directly to send through our address details. (We are based in Northriding, Johannesburg.) Please note we can only release your order once payment has been received so If you would like to collect on the same day please select ‘immediate payment’
Free delivery is offered to customers in Gauteng on orders over R3 000.00

We It is solely the customers responsibility to either know &/ find out which needle cartridges are required for the machine being used. If you have received your machine from your trainer, they should advise during training what needle cartridges you will need! The same applies if you order your machine from a PMU supplier.
We give full descriptions of our needle cartridges on our website along with the machines they work with

We offer a guest checkout option on our website so that customers can place orders even if not logged in &/ do not yet have an account with us
We only ship within South Africa. However, many of our customers are outside the borders of South Africa and organise their own couriers to collect their orders once placed and paid for.
